Report summary across multiple shows 
For productions with multiple performances, you can now download the Settlement Report for the full event to get a summary across all shows. It includes all the same great options from the performance settlement report like tickets sold by ticket type, fees earned, products sold, tickets comped, etc. Find this new report from your Events tab in the Reports column next to the waiting list report. Thanks to Glen for

"Apply to all" for reserved ticket types 
Processing group orders for reserved seating events just got a wee bit easier! When processing an order with many seats and there's more than one ticket type for that event, a new button will appear after selecting the first ticket type to "Apply to All" seats. Thanks to Jill for

Improve conversion tracking to learn your ROI
Want to get a better grasp of your return on investment (ROI) from paid ads you are running this season? You can now send the exact value spent on an order as a part of your conversion tracking for advertising. With the new {{ORDER_TOTAL}} option, send the amount of paid orders, that came directly from a sponsored ad, back to each respective ad channel to determine the ROI per ad. To start passing the order value to each ad channel, go to the Marketing tab of your Account Settings and in the conversion tracking code, look for the word "value". You may already have a value of 1.00 entered for your Google or Facebook tracking. Simply replace the value with {{ORDER_TOTAL}} as seen here today! Learn more about
