Ability to change reservation quantities
You may now take an existing reservation and either remove seats (on the checkout page) or add new seats via the "Continue Shopping" button. Once a reservation is modified, you may either process a paid order or re-reserve the new ticket configuration. 


Jump to other reserved sections 
For even faster navigation on your multi-section seating charts, you may "jump to" any other section while viewing seats in another section in a single click. This would be used at the box office for ticket sales at the door, allowing our customers to quickly view which seats are available for purchase and select their tickets for that particular performance. Look for the "Jump To" button after clicking into a section from your box office portal. 


Printable seating chart sections showing sold and reserved seats
All seating chart sections may now be downloaded in CSV format with the customer details and order status for all sold and reserved seats in the section. Seats that are open will show only the seat label while seats that are sold will include the customer name and seat label. Seats that are reserved but not yet paid for will appear with the word "Reserved" in front of the customer name. Look for the "Download Section" button after clicking into any section from your box office portal.
