How do I remove a single event from sale with a message? - Thu - Mar 12, 2020 - 9:25am

If you'd like to remove an event from sale so that customers can no longer buy tickets, utilize the post-sale announcement found in the Visibility tab of your event. This option is best used if the event has only one date and time.
To utilize the post-sale announcement, please navigate to:
Events tab >- Click Manage next to your chosen event
- Click the Visibility tab in the top navigation menu
- Under Removing the 'Buy' Button for the Public Display, enter your post-sale announcement date and details
To enable the post-sale announcement immediately, select today's date and time. Otherwise, schedule the post-sale announcement to post automatically at your preferred date and time.
