    The Waiting List has arrived!

We're excited to announce our new Wait List - a feature request submitted and voted on by you.

The waiting list is enabled for all events by default, but you may disable the waitlist by clicking on the Purchase Settings tab for any event. To enable the option, enter at what number of remaining tickets you want to display the option to customers to add themselves to the waiting list. Enter a zero in the box to make the waiting list option display when your event sells out. Once the waiting list is displayed, customers can enter their contact information, the number of tickets needed, whether they have accessibility needs, and any other pertinent comments. As a logged-in user, you may add patrons to your waitlist at any time from the right-most icon in the Dates & Times for each event date listed. As you notify patrons, you may "check" them off or delete them from the waiting list as needed.

    Email Validation

Save time and frustration for both you and your clients by ensuring that email addresses are valid. Our new optional email validation service helps prevent typos such as "gmsil.com" instead of "gmail.com" or other errors. We're using an external service provider, and the cost is one penny per email. To sign up for validation, go to your Account Settings, and in the Billing and Usage tab, check the box to opt into the service located under Optional Upgrades.

    Coupon Report and Export

We've added the event name and date to each coupon redemption to help tracking the sum of discounts applied to each event.

    Notifications

We've added a new notification system to help alert you to new announcements and updates and to let you know that we've responded to your support requests. Many of you have indicated that you wish you knew when feature requests have been added. Given the importance of your votes, we agreed that giving you the opportunity to upvote and items that are relevant to you could help guide us in our development.
