After the release of the waiting list last month, we received a few additional feature requests to make it event better. Primarily for organizations that have multiple dates and times for each event, we heard a request to have a comprehensive waiting list report. This report would combine all waiting lists for a single event into one downloadable spreadsheet that includes all customer contact information and ticket requests.
The new waiting list report can be seen with the same waiting list icon and in a new Reports column from the main Events page.
