It's possible that if your tickets had been printing properly before and they are no longer fitting within the margin of the ticket that the settings have been changed. To ensure that everything is set up properly, please see our setup guides based on the printer type you have.

Is it possible to do a report that shows the number of season ticket packages that were sold?

Yes. By default, the Scan option in the menu will only show upcoming events to scan. So, if you want to scan tickets after the fact, you have two choices.

Resend Email Confirmations
