We revamped the look and feel for a more contemporary view of the events for your customers. Larger images have replaced the older small images, and when creating an event, you may now add multiple images. We'll even let you zoom and crop to ensure the best appearance of your images. When multiple images are added, we'll show your customers a slide show of each when viewing the individual event listing helping to provide greater excitement about your event.
Many of you have requested that our calendar display be modified to show a stacked date listing for your events when your customers are on a mobile device such as a tablet or phone. On the other hand, for those of you who had short event names and more limited dates, you preferred the calendar for all displays. To see the difference, visit your public display site, then click the Calendar icon at the top of the page. Then go to the Account Settings' Display tab and check the box, "Do not display Calendar on mobile" to replace the calendar and reload your page. For desktop users, the Calendar display will remain unchanged.
We performed a survey late last year to learn what benefits you wanted in a ticketing software, and then we listened. By far, the number one requested feature was the inclusion of a shopping cart, and we're happy to say it's launched and ready! Now, your customers may -- at the same time -- purchase tickets from different events or even seats from different sections of your reserved seating performances. Thank you to all of you who participated in the survey, and remember to keep those ideas coming in our Feature Requests page.
