We performed a survey late last year to learn what benefits you wanted in a ticketing software, and then we listened. By far, the number one requested feature was the inclusion of a shopping cart, and we're happy to say it's launched and ready! Now, your customers may -- at the same time -- purchase tickets from different events or even seats from different sections of your reserved seating performances. Thank you to all of you who participated in the survey, and remember to keep those ideas coming in our Feature Requests page. Now, we're off to roll up our sleeves and knock off the another item from the survey. Stay tuned!
Allow the selling of gift cards. They could purchase them...then get emailed a system generated gift card (coupon code) to use towards tickets.
Sign up as a beta tester, and we'll set you up with our newest feature. It will take you just a single minute to create a gift card offer, and we'll make it visible on your public pages ready for your customers to purchase for the holidays. We'll deliver electronic gift cards to the intended recipient with unique gift card codes, and as purchases are made and the gift card is redeemed, we'll track the redemptions and balances. We'll provide order history details, and both the purchaser and the recipient information will be saved to your private customer database for future marketing. Drop us a support request, and we'll get you going! Black Friday, here we come!
We're calling this the "Dolly algorithm", as it was our long time client up in Arkansas that just first asked for a way to prevent "orphan seats" from being left in the middle of a row. We'll turn on the algorithm at your request to prevent patrons from leaving empty seats between their seat selections and another patron's. In cases where there are three seats in a row, we'll ingore the algorithm to allow aisle seats to be purchased. Logged in users will always have the ability to purchase any seats in any manner. Send in your support request if you'd like to try Dolly's algorithm for your venue!
Our friends up in Colorado saw a 25% increase in their tour sales when they instituted a large, live display showing upcoming tour times with remaining ticket availability. Our new display refreshes every 30 seconds, and customers can watch seat availability diminish as they watch inspiring quicker action on purchases. Want to give it a try? Set up a large monitor attached to the internet, and follow the instructions in the Display tab of your Account Settings under "Optional Live Monitor Display". We'd love to hear your feedback!
