Save time with automatic registration to Zoom webinars - Wed - May 27, 2020 - 9:22am

  • As purchases are made, we will send registrant information directly to Zoom with our new Zapier integration. It's incredibly easy to use. To tie registrants to Zoom webinars, first make sure you have your event created in ThunderTix and your corresponding webinar created in Zoom. Then simply login or sign up for your Zapier account and click the "Create Zap Template" then follow the steps below. 

    1. In the Choose App search box, enter ThunderTix, then click on the icon to insert. 
    2. Select the "New Tickets Sold" as the Trigger Event. 
    3. Select the event and date of your virtual event
    4. Click Continue
    5. Select Zoom for the "Choose App and Event"
    6. Select the "Create Registrant" option
    7. Select the date
    8. Save

    As purchases are made, we'll send customer data to the Zoom webinar attendee/registrant list. Zoom can handle automated email notifications with the upcoming webinar link.
