You can embed ThunderTix using an iframe on your website. You have the option to adjust the height of the iframe thus eliminating the need for scroll bars.
You can adjust the scrolling='no' instead of the default scrolling='auto'. Then, set the height on the iframe to be 1000px so that the site will never have a need for scrolling.
