Using the Electronic Guest List Check-In: ThunderTix Video Tutorial - Fri - Aug 19, 2016 - 9:39am

  Check in your attendees using the electronic guest list on ThunderTix rather than barcode scanners. The guest list allows you to check guests into your event either when guests arrive with damaged tickets, without paper tickets, or when you do not want to use a barcode scanner. Electronically check in your guests on a tablet, on a computer, or on a phone, the process is all the same.
 The guest list is also a great way to easily find the guests attending your show and all their information including their ticket types and seat assignments. From the Scan tab in your ThunderTix account, you can scan guests’ tickets or enter a guest’s order ID, barcode ID, or last name. ThunderTix makes processing orders in the box office simple and efficient!
