Selling and scanning tickets from the ThunderTix app is quick and easy! This tutorial video covers how our ThunderTix Barcode Ticket Scanning App for both iOS and Android helps speed up your check-in and your on-site selling processes. It explains how to check in your attendees by scanning barcodes from tickets as guests arrive using either an iPhone with the ThunderTix iOS App from the App Store or an Android device with the ThunderTix App from the Google Play store.

The app allows you to scan barcodes from paper tickets or electronic tickets displayed on customers' smart phones. This app allows you to sell tickets to events directly from your iOS or Android device. All orders are saved to the ThunderTix web application, and emails are generated and sent directly to your customers.

This way of selling is incredibly useful if you're selling tickets at the door of an event. Don’t forget that you can also download this app onto any iOS or Android tablet. And, you can use any combination of iPhones, iPads, Android phones, Android tablets, and handheld scanners simultaneously at multiple event entrances since all information is transmitted real time to our cloud-based software.

Be sure that each staff member using the app has their own login information so that your reports are accurate on both ticket sales and barcode scanning. The app can be used to sell tickets on-the-go using a mobile credit card reader from Stripe.

You can process the patron's card and the purchase will immediately go through the same payment gateway as all other credit card orders. If you experience trouble with processing someone's card, you can manually enter the card's information, too.
