ThunderTix offers a robust Customer Database to gather and retain detailed information to be utilized for marketing purposes. Customers are automatically recorded into the system. Once a customer exists with their email address, we associate all future purchases to that customer when an order is processed with that same email address.
The customer information page is a vital tool with the ability to easily search for customers, edit customer details, hone in on customer data for marketing purposes, and more. The search can even be as strict or as broad as you need. Merge together any duplicate profiles with our Possible Duplicates report. Select the multiple profiles and merge them together to automatically retain all information from the duplicate customer profiles.
