The ThunderTix app for Zapier allows you to transmit ticket buyer data to external platforms such as Zoom, Google Sheets, Mailchimp and more. Once connected, all data available in your Orders tab (seen below) is available to any other connected app. To get started, first create or log into your Zapier account. You must also be using an active user login from ThunderTix in order for the connection with Zapier to work properly.
Click the search icon in the upper right corner and type ThunderTix.
2. Click the ThunderTix icon. 3. Use the "Search for apps to connect", and for this example, enter Google Sheets. (You must have a Google account to complete a test.)
4. Select the trigger, New Tickets Sold.
5. Select the action you wish to create such as "Create row". 6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Connect ThunderTix + Google Sheets"
7. You'll be prompted to login to your accounts for both ThunderTix and Google Sheets as shown below. Enter your credentials to continue.
8. Click Continue after authenticating both applications. 9. Select both the Spreadsheet and the Worksheet where you wish to export your data. 10. Finalize any fields you wish to send to Google Sheets and click Continue. 11. You'll be prompted to Test Trigger to ensure the data is sending properly.
12. If successful, you'll see the message below. If not, there is no data for Zapier to find. Please process a test order and try the Test Trigger again.
13. Test the integration with Google Sheets to confirm the data is received. 14. You're almost done! Just make sure you turn your Zap on to make it ready for action!
15. Name your Zap and make sure it is enabled.
Below is a list of all of the triggers (Zaps) available for ThunderTix with Zapier:
Barcodes created for tickets sold - Triggers for each ticket sold. If there are multiple tickets in an order, the trigger will fire once for each ticket in the order.
New customer - Triggers every time a customer is created.
New gift card sold - Triggers when a gift card is purchased.
New Money Transaction - Triggers every time a money transaction is made.
New Order - Triggers every time a purchase is made.
Coupon redeemed in new order - Triggers every time a purchase is made, send coupons information.
Donation given in new order - Triggers every time a purchase is made, send donations information.
Gift card redeemed in new order - Triggers every time a purchase is made, send giftcards redeemed information.
Product sold in new order - Triggers every time a purchase is made, send products information.
Ticket sold in new order - Triggers every time a purchase is made, send tickets information.
