If you're using the standard event links to display your ThunderTix events from your website, you may want to consider adding a link redirection after a ticket purchase. First, we recommend creating your own thank you page on your website that can be linked to. Upon completion of this, proceed with the following steps to setup the link redirect for your customers.
- From the top menu, click the first icon (Public Display Settings) and then click Edit Public Display
- Under REDIRECT CUSTOMERS AFTER PURCHASE, enter the desired external web address or URL (thank you page mentioned above)
- Click Update to save your changes
When your customers purchase a ticket, a gift card, or a donation, they will be redirected back to the website entered above upon the completion of their purchase. This option should NOT be used if you are using the iframe, overlay, or WordPress plugin to display your events on your website since patrons are already on your website at the time of purchase. This is only suggested if ALL connections to your ThunderTix events, campaigns, etc are done using the standard link from your website.
