The video shown below walks through each of the available reports and how to find them. It covers how to create and access all the event software reports that you can generate through ThunderTix. The video shows how to find your reports before, during, and after your event. All ThunderTix reports are generated at the time of the download, so they can be downloaded as often as you need leading up to the event and again after it ends. This video covers guest lists, event sales reports, multi-event reports, reconciliation reports, barcodes scanned and more.

ThunderTix offers numerous options for detailed event sales reports. Event sales reports are critical for venue bookkeeping as well as the ability to measure success. As you sell tickets, your event sales reports are available real-time with the ability to export as a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file for further customization which is compatible with the majority of accounting and spreadsheet programs. You can generate the reports as often as desired. There are two places you can access sales reports for your events, these are the reports menu tab or the events page.

 The events page will show you reports related to specific events and event dates. To access reports for specific events or event performances, visit the reports column on either the events page or event's management page. If you want to generate sales reports for specific performances of events or export guest lists, settlement reports, coupons redeemed, barcodes, ticket lists, product sales, as well as survey responses and waiting lists then you must click on the name of your desired event. The reports tab offers more comprehensive reports, detailing sales over all your events. The reports menu/tab provides several different sales report options. Once you have hovered over the "reports" tab, located in the black navigation bar at the top of the page, you can access the event analytics dashboard, reconciliation reports, multi-event sales reports, single event sales reports, the event sales summary, event sales graphs, as well as barcode scan reports.
