 Some event names may be longer than others, causing the wording to be cut off on the PDF ticket. You can decrease the font size of the event name in an events settings. To do so, please follow these steps:

It's possible that if your tickets had been printing properly before and they are no longer fitting within the margin of the ticket that the settings have been changed. To ensure that everything is set up properly, please see our setup guides based on the printer type you have.

You'll need to change the configuration of the swipe so it only reads all four tracks of the card. You may have it set to read only 1 track which results in the card number being read twice, and, ultimately giving you the error. We saw this occur with an ID Tech, Model IDMB-354133BX.
