Some event names may be longer than others, causing the wording to be cut off on the PDF ticket. You can decrease the font size of the event name in an events settings. To do so, please follow these steps:

From your Event Manager >> Click on the name of your event
Select the Ticket Delivery tab
Navigate to the eTicket Designer tab in the submenu
Under eTicket Designer, locate 'Display Event Name'
Reduce the font size (the change will automatically save as soon as you click out of the field)

Scroll up to preview the eTicket under EVENT PDF TICKET TEMPLATE.
