Why is the credit card swipe submitting the card twice? - Thu - Jun 19, 2014 - 10:01am

You'll need to change the configuration of the swipe so it only reads all four tracks of the card. You may have it set to read only 1 track which results in the card number being read twice, and, ultimately giving you the error. We saw this occur with an ID Tech, Model IDMB-354133BX.
