How can I sell products without tickets?

To allow products to be purchased without event tickets, take the following steps:


  1. Head to Revenue Builders >> Products 

  2. Create your product by using the Create Product button 

  3. You'll see a column titled, "Shop Page". Ensure the product is "Included" rather than "Excluded".

How can I add a link to my shop page in my event description?

To provide easier access to your shop page so that patrons can purchase shop items (products), you may consider adding a link in your event description. To do so, follow these steps:

1. From your event, find the Public Display Tab >> Event Information >> EVENT DESCRIPTION

Do product sales count towards my ticket allotment?

Products do not count toward your ticket totals. However, 1% of merchandise sales processed via credit card are accounted towards your monthly bill. 

How can I create categories for my products?

You may want to add categories to product items, such as sizing options for apparel or color options for merchandise like mugs or keychains. 

To add categories to a new product item, please do the following:



  1. Head to Revenue Builders >>  Products 

  2. Click Create Product

How do I process payments for an auction item during an event?

Auction items can be handled by using products. However, the complete functionality for auctions is not supported at this time. You will want to set up a product for each auction item. You may want to exclude the product from your events and Shop page so that they do not appear on you
