How can I sell products without tickets? - Thu - Dec 7, 2023 - 4:40am

  • To allow products to be purchased without event tickets, take the following steps:

    1. Head to Revenue Builders >> Products 
    2. Create your product by using the Create Product button 
    3. You'll see a column titled, "Shop Page". Ensure the product is "Included" rather than "Excluded".
    4. Once you see it's Included, your product will be available on your public view under the Shop button
