Products (merchandise or ticket add-ons) can be sold with your event tickets or as stand-alone products on your Shop page using the Products module.
To sell products without tickets, you can enable them to appear on your Shop page on your public ThunderTix URL.

Products are also a great tool for selling concessions on-site if you have a small number of items for sale without the need to track the remaining inventory.
