Getting quick answers to your questions is of utmost importance to us, and for anyone who has worked with ThunderTix's fantastic support crew, you know that most open tickets are answered within 30 minutes. We aim to keep it that way!
As we grow, we find that our team is answering some of the same questions that can easily be answered through our forum and video tutorials. In order to serve the most pressing questions as quickly as possible, please perform a search through our forum to see if the answer has already been provided. If you perform a search, and the answers don't quite fit your scenario, we invite you to request help by submitting a new support request.
