A Word about New Feature Requests - Wed - Mar 28, 2018 - 5:20pm
-
Our code base is always evolving with daily updates by balancing needs and requirements around security, speed, browser changes, ease-of-use, and new features requested by you. New features are built-in part by using a democratic style of prioritization using your votes to assess the popularity of an idea. With over 400 submitted ideas, voting helps identify the feature requests with the greatest need.
When a client feels their request is an immediate need and it fits within the scope of a better user experience, we will consider expediting the "custom request" for an additional charge. The additional charge helps defray added engineerings costs and is set at a minimum $495. This is the only fair way to hop to the front of the queue and bypass higher priority features.
The term "custom request" is a bit of a misnomer, as in most cases the new feature will be available to all users. That means you will also be the beneficiary of any work built as a "custom request" for another client.
If you have a specific need you have, please make sure you search for those ideas and add your vote. If it does not already exist, please add your own Feature Request. Remember, a well-worded idea specifying the benefits will generally garner more votes!
