How can I get an order receipt in the box office? - Tue - Mar 8, 2022 - 10:58am

Sometimes, you may wish to keep a receipt copy of each transaction processed for record-keeping.
To receive a copy of the order confirmation to a box office email, follow the steps below:
1. Head to Account Settings >> Click Email Notifications
2. Scroll to ALERTS
3. Enter an email address into When a purchase is made
4. If you wish to add multiple email addresses, hit enter on your keyboard after each entry
Other great email alerts are available in this section to help monitor events and their sales. You can add or remove emails from these notifications at any time.
