How do I change my monthly payment plan? - Wed - Mar 23, 2016 - 1:39pm

    If you would like to change your plan for your next scheduled payment, please log in to your ThunderTix account and follow the steps below: 

    1. Head over to Account Settings >> Billing & Usage (seen after logging in from the cog icon in the upper right hand corner of the page)
    2. Under PLAN, click on your current Plan Name underlined in blue
    3. Select the next desired plan from the drop-down
    4. Click the 'check mark' to save

    If you are downgrading your plan to Maintenance, the account will renew to this plan on your next scheduled billing (renewal) date. 

    If you are upgrading your plan out of Maintenance, you'll be asked if you want to schedule the upgrade to occur at the next scheduled billing date or if you want to retroactively apply the upgrade to the current billing cycle. If you schedule the upgrade, you'll be able to start selling tickets only after your account renews at the next renewal date.  If you request that the upgrade occur retroactively, we'll charge the difference between the two plans immediately and you'll be able to start selling tickets on the day of the upgrade.
