Do comped tickets count towards my total of sold tickets? - Tue - Jan 30, 2024 - 12:06pm

On our legacy pricing plans, all comped tickets count towards the total ticket usage, as they consume resources such as PDF eTicket generation and storage, barcode creation, email usage, and other processes.
On our newest pricing plans of $20 General Admission, $25 Reserved seating, and $175 Enterprise, free tickets are free -- limited to no more than 10% of monthly ticket sales! This includes tickets overridden to $0 on the checkout page and free event tickets priced at $0. It does not include tickets that were sold as a part of a package nor tickets reduced to $0 using a coupon code.
