Am I charged for refunded orders when there is no payment attached (Ex. Comp or discounted)? - Mon - Sep 7, 2015 - 10:57pm

For the most current explanation of processed tickets on your monthly ThunderTix invoice, please view the support discussion on How ThunderTix Billing Works.We don't "charge" per ticket, but all tickets processed through ThunderTix as an order are counted towards your total ticket usage. The actual act of processing a refund on an order does not "double count" the number of tickets, but the original order does still get factored into your totals.
Similarly, comped and discounted tickets are also included in your total ticket usage. The ticket totals are based on the processing that the ThunderTix software does in processing the order (free or paid), generating a barcode and PDF ticket, sending an email and including the order in the guest list and other reports as well as creating and/or updating a customer record to show their full history of events attended.
