How it works
ThunderTix is offered on a pay-as-you-go service free of contracts and billing and pricing may be adjusted at any time. You can see your usage in the Billing & Usage tab of your Account Settings along with plan details. Your plan renews on the same day each month. (This can change when a 31st renewal lands on a month with 30 days.) Each month is paid in advance allowing you to begin service, sell tickets, then go into Maintenance mode to temporarily suspend service while retaining all data.
In any given month, you can see your current ticket usage in the left menu. Tickets are counted from midnight on the day of your renewal through 11:59 pm on the night prior to your renewal the following month.Levels and tickets by plan

Counting Processed Tickets
All orders for tickets are counted towards your month's usage. This includes tickets for reservations, paid orders, exchanged orders, orders redeemed with a Flex Pass coupon(s), and orders purchased by gift card regardless of whether those orders are refunded or voided. For reservations that are transferred to paid orders, we do not count the tickets twice. All tickets processed during the month count as "tickets" towards overall monthly usage. That includes full priced tickets, discounted tickets, comps, and free tickets. We also count all tickets processed both online from customers as well tickets processed by box office staff.
