For our newest pricing plans, we have an Enterprise plan at $175 monthly minimum that includes priority phone support. You can read more about this pricing plan here:

For legacy pricing plans, we have a phone support package that is $995 annually. Since we do not monitor a public number, we do require you to open a written support request with the details about your questions and your contact details, and we will have the appropriate person call you. Make sure to include the specific event name, order ID, customer ID, etc. in your support request for our team to do the initial research.
ThunderTix is the most competitively priced software available. For many organizations, our price is less than 1/3 the price per ticket charged by virtually every company in this industry. We can offer that price because we provide very responsive online support that allows us to handle a huge number of online requests daily. If we provided phone support, we would need a significant increase in staff raising costs and ultimately, our prices.
