From each performance, you can download a compiled sales report which includes all orders and their corresponding order data.

Head to Events > Event Manager
Click Manage
Under the Reports column, click on the icon that says "Performance sales (csv)" which looks like a small bar graph.
The report will download as a CSV file to your Downloads

From there, you can sort all data as needed.
