What do tickets that are 'On Hold' mean in the multi-event Sales Report? - Thu - Jun 14, 2012 - 4:45pm

The tickets that show on hold in the multi-event sales report are specifically for tickets that are in the process of being purchased within the last 10 minutes. Once the tickets are purchased, they will no longer be on hold.
If the order is abandoned and the tickets not purchased, they will be released back to inventory after the 10-minute time period has elapsed. At that time, they will no longer show as on hold.
