How can I print a ticket type report by show? - Thu - Sep 8, 2016 - 2:08pm

We offer different reports that include a breakdown by type of ticket sold (I.E: Member, Non-Member, Adult, Student, etc).
Event/Production Settlement Report- Head to: Events > Event Manager
- Under the Reports column, click the Event Settlement Report
- The report will open in your Downloads page as a PDF
It will include a total of all tickets sold along with a breakdown of each ticket type sold across all performances for the entire run of the production.
Performance Settlement Report- Head to: Events > Event Manager
- Click Manage
- Under the Reports column, click the Settlement Report (second icon from the left)
- The report will open in your Downloads page as a PDF
It will include a total of all tickets sold along with a breakdown of each ticket type sold for that individual performance.Ticket Type Export- Head to: Events > Event Manager
- Click Manage
- Under the Reports column, click the Ticket icon.
- The ticket type export will open in your Downloads page as a CSV file
This report will download and then open in a spreadsheet format by each ticket type sold allowing you to sort the data as needed.
