The eTicket is provided PDF format and is generated as tickets are purchased. The tickets are then emailed to customers as a single PDF document X pages long based on how many tickets were purchased. Each ticket will include a unique barcode ID.

The following items are customizable PER EVENT:

    • Logo at the top of the ticket
    • Ticket background image
    • Venue/event policies
    • Advertising space for sponsorships, coupons, or to display upcoming events

For each event, choose which elements of the event information you want to display or be hidden. In addition, you can now choose fonts, colors, and sizes for each of the event elements displayed on the "ticket" portion of the eTicket as seen below.

For example, if an event has a really long name, you might reduce the font size in order to accommodate the entire event name within the ticket area.

    1. To change the font color, click inside the font color to open the color chart.
    2. Slide the arrows on either side of the narrow vertical bar and drag your cursor in the large box to refine.
    3.  Drag the circle (may be partially hidden in the corner) to the appropriate color.
    4. To save your new color, click the color wheel in the lower right corner.

    Customize your event tickets:

    1. Head to Events > Event Manager
    2. Click Manage
    3. Head to the "Ticket Delivery" tab

    eTicket Logo
Your logo will appear at the top-left of your PDF ticket. Maximum size: 300px x 100px. Must be in JPG or PNG format.
NOTE: Transparent backgrounds on a PNG will not be honored and will show up as a black background. If you are saving your logo as a PNG, make sure that the background is not transparent.

Ticket image (background image for PDF ticket)
    • Choose from one of the 3 provided ticket backgrounds from the "Gallery"
    • Alternatively, upload your own custom "ticket" background image
    • The image must be exactly 723 x 195 pixels and in JPG format
    • IMPORTANT: Use care in choosing font colors that remain visible on the "ticket" image background. In other words, if you choose to upload a ticket background that is black, you'll need to change your font colors to something with high contrast like white (FFFFFF).

    Branded event graphics/Advertising Space

If you would like the advertising space to include several different images, combine all images using your favorite image editor (Photoshop, Illustrator, Pixlr) into a single image. Be creative! Use attention getting graphics, use scissor images to indicate coupons, and consider creating coupons for upcoming events and then measuring the results of their use from the PDF tickets.

Browse and upload an image for your event ad space no larger than 640 x 480 pixels. The image must be in JPG or PNG format.

Add an additional message (will display on thermal tickets if enabled)
    • Enter an optional additional message for display on the 'ticket' portion of the PDF
    • Limited to 107 characters

    PDF Policies
We reserve a section at the bottom of each ticket to display additional policies such as face mask requirements, age limits, and other important information.  Enter the desired text under PDF Ticket Policies. Limited to 715 characters. This will appear at the bottom-right portion of each PDF ticket.
