Resend Email Confirmations - Tue - May 21, 2013 - 5:32pm

To resend an email confirmation for any order take the following steps:
- Search for the order via your Orders page
- Click on the correct Order ID
- Under "Email Functions", enter a new email address under 'Send to a new email'.
- Click "Send"
- If desired, wait 30 seconds to 1 minute, and then refresh the same page. then click "View Deliver Statistics" to see confirmation that it was sent.
Customers may also resend tickets on their own. This functional link is included at the bottom of all of your public event pages.
Fixing email addresses with typos
If the email address was entered incorrectly, you can click on the email, fix the email address to be correct and save your changes. Then, "Click to resend email" to resend it to the newly correct email address.
