How to customize the order confirmation email content per event? - Wed - Sep 14, 2016 - 11:27am

  • You can add custom text at the top of the confirmation email and at the bottom of each email. Please follow the steps below to customize your confirmation email text per event.
     
    1. Head to: Events > Event Manager
    2. Click on the event you'd like to customize your confirmation email text for 
    3. Click Ticket Delivery > EMAIL RECEIPT
    4. Enter your text for the top of the email receipt. HTML is supported
    5. Enter your text for the bottom of the email receipt. HTML is supported
    6. Click "Preview Email" to see how your text will appear
