Is it possible to print all remaining tickets that haven't been sold? - Tue - Nov 15, 2016 - 3:14pm

Some organizations have asked for a way to pre-print all of the remaining unsold tickets in order to have those on hand at the box office for walk-ups. The only way to do that would be to process several bulk orders for each of the remaining and available tickets. However, there are several reasons that we do NOT recommend doing this:
1. You'll be charged for all tickets printed -- even if you only sell a few of them at the door
2. You'll miss out on the opportunity to add each walk-up to your Patron Database for future email marketing.
3. It wastes paper. :)Instead, we recommend that you process orders on demand as patrons arrive using the tools available through your box office portal. Here is a video tutorial that covers processing orders as a logged in administrative user:

We had a typo in our event spelling which has now been changed but it doesn't reflect on the ticket.
