    We have several pages dedicated to helping you set up your thermal ticket printer to work with ThunderTix on our website. Determine which printer model is yours and select from one of the pages below:

    Practical Automation ITX

    Additionally, as a cheaper alternative to thermal ticket printers, we recommend the following thermal receipt printers:

    Citizen America CT-S310II
    iTherm 280
    Dymo Labelwriter 450 Turbo
    Label Value, LV-30374
    Zebra ZD410
    Zebra ZQ110

    Once you receive the thermal receipt printer, first, you'll need to upgrade your account to add Thermal Tickets. You can find that in your Account Settings under the Billing & Usage tab in the Upgrades section.

    Then, once enabled, head to Templates > Thermal Tickets to start the process.  Please provide us with the type of printer you have and the dimensions of the receipt paper you'll be using.  At that point, we'll set up the ticket template and make it available on your account.
