How do I get our logo to print on thermal tickets? - Mon - Sep 21, 2015 - 11:35am

    Many organizations have the logo watermarked on the front of the ticket prior to printing so that there isn't a need to add a logo onto the ticket template. 

    However, you can upload a black and white logo to your Thermal Ticket template.  We can then include that logo to appear on the ticket, if desired. Make sure your logo does not exceed 85px x 180px (vertically) or 180px x 85px (horizontally). Since thermal printers print using heat, logos should be displayed in black and white only. 

    1. Head to Templates > Thermal Ticket
    2. Enable the option to show a logo
    3. Upload your logo to fit the dimensions described above.
