How to put a custom message on a thermal ticket (per event basis)

You have the ability to add a custom message to your thermal ticket on an event-by-event basis!


First, click into your event, click on the farthest tab that says "Ticket Delivery", and click on eTicket Designer.

Each PDF ticket is customizable PER EVENT.

Can I use a QR code on my thermal ticket rather than a standard barcode?

Since ticket barcodes and the PDF ticket documents are being created in the background, we limit an order to 50 tickets or fewer. This is to ensure that the software doesn't time-out processing the transaction.
