Print Status Link Options
Your Guest List features two columns of print options for both Thermal (if enabled) and PDF tickets. The three Ticket Printing status names are listed below with an explanation of each:Print - This signifies that neither an at-home-user nor a venue user accessed the PDF from an email link or the administrative interface. This indicates the ticket has never been printed.
Reprint - This indicates that this ticket has been accessed by either a venue user or the customer via their email. ThunderTix has no way of knowing if the ticket actually made it to print paper, only that it was accessed.
Create - The only time 'Create' appears is when the PDF option is disabled for a ticket type or an Event, but a subsequent change to the status of the event allows you to create a ticket for the first time. This does not apply to thermal tickets.
If you have multiple shipping options for your event (Print at Home, Will Call, Postal Mail, etc), you may want to print only tickets of a certain shipping type. From your guest list, choose the desired Shipping Type to show only tickets of that type. See the image below.
