Different Venues in One Season - Mon - Sep 21, 2015 - 10:29am

If you have events taking place at multiple venues, we now set the venue name, phone, and address with each event. You'll find this setting for each event by going to your events listing, then clicking Manage > Public Display > Event Address.
To update the address for an event:
1. Head to Event Manager
2. Click Manage for the event you would like to add an address for.
3. Click on Public Display.
4. On the left-hand menu, click Event Address.
5. Click on [Change] to update the address.
6. Enter in the new venue name and address. The new venue will be saved as an option to select for future events.Changes made here will automatically update the PDF ticket, the thermal ticket (if used) and the confirmation email. Further, if you entered a phone number, it will be displayed on the website where your customer's buy tickets in case they have questions.
If you need us to create a new custom seating configuration for each venue, please head to the Seating Charts tab to submit a new chart for each new venue.
