Why isn't the App working to scan barcodes? - Tue - Sep 21, 2021 - 12:08pm

When you download the ThunderTix App on either your Android or iOS device, you'll be prompted to allow the App to use the Camera. At times, a member of your team or volunteer staff might decline the use of the Camera when using the app which would prevent the ThunderTix app from scanning.
Please have each person that will be scanning check the settings for the ThunderTix App to ensure the Camera is enabled. See the image below.
