Follow these steps for successful scanning with a USB enabled scanner:
- Connect your USB barcode scanner to your computer, or tablet, with the USB cable. (Some tablets may need an adapter)
- Head to Barcode Scanning > Scan In
- Choose the type of scan you wish to perform.
4. Place your cursor in the available field and scan a barcode
5. View the result.
1. A positive result is displayed in a green box and a negative response is in red.2. If valid, the result will display the order number, customer name if available, and seating assignment (if applicable).
3. Invalid barcode
1. Already Scanned - administrator who scanned the ticket and the time scanned will be displayed
2. Incorrect date or eventFollow these steps for scanning from the iOS or Android App.- Download the app from either Google Play or the App Store
- Use your ThunderTix login credentials to login
- Choose the event (if scanning for one event) OR tap Select Multiple events
- Select the event(s) or performance
