Where is a scanned tickets report for me to see all people scanned at which gate? - Thu - Sep 8, 2011 - 12:07am

    We have two reports for scanned barcodes.

    Barcodes Scanned by Performance

    The barcode scanned report is available as a barcode export from the event. From the Event Manager, click Manage. In the column labeled Reports, click on the icon that looks like a barcode to export all barcodes for that event date. Each barcode ID will show which person scanned the ticket as well as the exact date/time it was scanned. If the barcode has not yet been scanned, it will show as a "0" in the Scanned column rather than a "1".

    Barcodes Scanned by Day 

    From the Reports tab, click on "Barcode Scan Report". This report provides a PDF document of all barcodes scanned across all events on a single day. The report will be separated first by ticket type and then broken down by each staff member scanning tickets. Rather than showing the actual barcode IDs, this report provides a summary with automatic totaling of each ticket type scanned per logged-in user.
