The Reconciliation report can be found under the Reports tab and can pull up to one full month of transactions. The report includes all transactions done through ThunderTix, including ticket orders, donations, product and gift card purchases, refunds from previous orders, exchanges and voided orders. 

The report is downloaded in CSV format and includes information for each transaction listed, including tax, fees, subtotal, donations, and more. 

To calculate total revenue, you can sum the Total Paid/Refunded column. Any amount listed as a negative value is a refunded amount that will be deducted from paid orders.  If you are comparing revenue recorded from your payment gateway, simply sum all transactions recorded as 'card' under the Payment Type column. 

If you need to calculate the revenue for the entire year, you have the option to do the above monthly sum for each of the 12 months to arrive at the total.
