How can I learn how quickly a show sold tickets? - Wed - Aug 31, 2022 - 2:57pm
-
We've added an intuitive sales graph for all past shows and all upcoming shows to visualize how quickly tickets sold over the time the event was activated until it expired.
- Head to Events > Event Manager.
- In the Sales Info column, click on the link displayed. For upcoming events, it will say "On Sale Now". For expired events, it will show the date/time the event activated.
When you click on the Sales Info link, we'll open a timeline that shows the timeline from when an event is created, when the pre-sale announcement shows, when it activates, when the post-sale announcement loaded to when it finally expired. Below the timeline, you'll see a graph of ticket sales and how the show sold each day it was active. The new event sales graph provides insight about jumps in ticket sales that might relate to social media promotion, advertising, newsletters, etc.
Below are a couple of examples that demonstrate how the ticket sales graph is displayed.
