You now have the ability to search for a patron's account with a partial phone number. This can come in handy if a patron leaves a voicemail and part of the number cuts out.

To search for a patron's phone number head to Patron Database > Patrons Search. Under the 'Patron information' tab, enter in the partial phone number in the 'Phone number' field. *We require at least three digits to perform a search.




Simply enter in the partial phone number and we will generate a list of all patrons with the same number sequence.
