Why can't I use the Unscan function on the ThunderTix App? - Thu - Sep 12, 2024 - 4:12pm

If you use the ThunderTix app for scanning tickets, you may have noticed the 'Unscan' feature. This feature does exactly what it is called- it unscans a barcode on a ticket. This makes the ticket scannable again the future. This feature is located next to the Scan option on the ThunderTix app.

However, you my have tried to unscan a ticket and received the following message:
If you are receiving this message, it is because the Unscan feature is currently turned off and you will need to request for this feature to be turned on by us. Simply open a support request and someone from our team will be able to turn this feature on for you.
