Yes. By default, the Scan option in the menu will only show upcoming events to scan. So, if you want to scan tickets after the fact, you have two choices.

    Use the Guest List

    1. Go to the Event Manager
    2. Click Show Expired Events
    3. Click Manage for the event for which you want to scan tickets
    4. Click on the Guest List
    5. Click "Start Guest Check-in"
    6. Click on each barcode you want to mark as scanned
    7. When complete, click "End Guest Check-in"

    Temporarily Change the Event Date

    1. Go to the Event Manager
    2. Click Show Expired Events
    3. Click Manage for the event for which you want to scan tickets
    4. In the "Access" column, click "Public" to temporarily make the event Private.
    5. Click on the date and adjust it to be any date in the future.
    6. Click the blue checkmark to save.
    7. Click on Barcode Scanning > Scan In. You should now see the event listed.
    8. Go through the process of either scanning in all tickets or manually entering them one at a time.
    9.  Once complete, go back and repeat Steps 1-4.
    10. Then, put the date back to its original event date and click Update.

After the full event has expired

Click on Events, then on "Show Expired Events" to bring up all of your expired events.

If you are scanning for a current event that has multiple performances, you will need to use the calendar to show a performance from yesterday.
    1. Click the Manage button next to the event
    2. Above where it says Event Name click in the field that is labeled "From"
    3. Use the calendar to click on a previous day
    4. Click Search
