Where can I see a report for Product sales? - Fri - Oct 18, 2024 - 11:27am

There are a few places to see product sales data.

All Products by Event:

  1. Head to Events > Event Manager
  2. Click Manage
  3. Under the Reports column, there is an icon labeled "P" for Product sales. Click the P icon to download a list of all products sold per performance.


Sales Report per Event

  1. Head to Events > Event Manager
  2. Click Manage
  3. Under the Reports column, click the Performance Sales (csv). This is the icon that looks like a bar chart.
  4. Clicking on the Performance Sales Report will download a sales report for that performance which includes all products sold for that event date as well as all revenue earned from product sales

Report per Individual Product:

  1. Head to: Revenue Builders > Products
  2. Click on the product name to see a list of orders in the last 30 days
  3. To export a full list of all orders for that product, click "Export All Orders" 
  4. We will export a list of all products purchased within that time period which now includes the value of the product! 

Guest List:

Products pre-purchased for the event can be retrieved in advance of the event giving you time to pull all purchased products for the day of the event. When a patron checks in on the day of the event, you can provide them their merchandise bought in advance with their tickets.

  1. Head to: Events > Event Manager
  2. Click Manage
  3. Under the Reports column of a single date, click on the Guest List icon to see products purchased with each patron attending. This enables you to pull the products and/or merchandise in advance of the event and have it ready for pick-up at a separate table. 

Reconciliation Report

Monitor your products sales on a daily basis across all events for sale.

  1. Head to: Reports > Reconciliation
  2. The default date is set to yesterday, but you can choose any date range up to 30 days at a time to download all transactions that occur each day. If a customer purchases products, they will be listed in the Products column with their order.
